Alien hunting, yesI said ALIEN HUNTING. Now, that we are past that little hurdle I can tell you all about my experience. Much like many of you, I am married, I think I was born married, we have been together so long. I adore him still. However, in all relationships there is generally room for one free spirit, and one grounded type. Guess which one I am?
For my honey's birthday we like to travel to different places. It is a time for us to reconnect, explore, and see things together. I love those times. I try to make his birthday as special as possible. So, I come up with as many ideas as I can. I set him back a little, but I think deep inside he really enjoys it. Last year, I decided to take him Alien Hunting in the Arizona Desert.
I found a fantastic tour at the Center for New Age, in Sedona of all places. I called got two reservations, and we were set. I had no idea what to expect. When we got there we were greeted by a lovely woman named Melinda. Melinda was our tour guide and although there was about fifteen of us, she offered for me and hubby to ride along with her. As we were driving toward some unknown destination in the middle of the desert, we chatted about all sorts of things. She told us about her new car, her running late, Sedona. In the middle of all this she mentions" The first time I was abducted...."
My ears perked up, and we went down the rabbit hole. Little did I know I was in the presence of a pretty famous person, well known around the world for her alien abduction experiences. She speaks at most major events, and gets interviewed about the government cover up relating to Aliens. This woman is Melinda Leslie. (wow)
We drive for about half an hour and end up in the middle of nowhere it seems. Sedona has a light pollution ordinance, so when I say it was dark, it was dark. There we were given the use ofnight vision goggles, and a lazer pointer. We had to share the goggles, as they are mighty expensive, but there were plenty to go around. Everytime someone spotted something unidentified moving in the sky, Melinda would say " plane" or " you got one". Sitting there looking for aliens in the dark listening to the coyotes bay. Did I meet E.T.? No, of course not. Did I see somethings I can not explain, I sure did.
Melinda was a gracious tour guide, and wanted to educate all of us on alien abductions. She talked of personal experiences, the government cover up, and theories surrounding the wole thing. When in Sedona, and looking for a cool experience, give Melinda a call. It is a unique experience you will not soon forget.
